BM Leasing EAD is a leasing company, established in the beginning of 2003, licensed by BNB as a financial institution under Art. 3a of the LCI, with registration number BGR00109.

Sole owner of the capital is Web Finance Holding AD. Until 10.2016 the majority shareholder was Emerging Europe Leasing & Finance B.V., Netherlands, wholly owned by Balkan Accession Fund. Main shareholders of Balkan Accession Fund were Romanian-American Enterprise Fund, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Dutch Financial Development Company (FMO), German Investment and Development Company (DEG) and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB).

BM Leasing EAD is a member of the Bulgarian Leasing Association.

BM Leasing EAD has a one-tier management system with a five-member Board of Directors.

The accounting policy of BM Leasing EAD complies with the requirements of International Accounting Standards. The auditors are is PriceWaterhouse Coopers. The company services clients country-wide and has active branches in Plovdiv and Varna.

BM Leasing EAD uses the Ultimate5.NET Leasing software to automate its activities.
